Die Selena Pflegedienst GmbH ist ein ambulanter Pflegedienst in Berlin-Marzahn. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft oder Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) für den Spätdienst in Teilzeit (ca. 20 Stunden/Woche). Eine Stundenaufstockung ist möglich.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ✅ Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • ✅ Unterstützung der Patienten bei der Bewältigung ihres Alltags (z. B. Mobilität, Ernährung)
  • ✅ Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam
  • Ihr Profil:
  • ✅ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA
  • ✅ Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit
  • ✅ Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
