Wir sind ein ambulanter Pflegedienst und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams engagierte examinierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der ganzheitlichen, aktivierenden Pflege im häuslichen Umfeld unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Fachgerechte Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung sowie Beratung von Angehörigen
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Altenpfleger/in
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
