# Wir suchen aktuell: Examinierte Pflegekraft (m/w/d) (32339) in Espelkamp

Persönliche Assistenz ist so viel mehr als einfache Pflege. Hier geht es nicht nur um einen Job, der gemacht werden muss, sondern vor allem um ein Selbstbestimmtes Leben und um eine zwischenmenschliche Beziehung zwischen zu Pflegendem und der Assistentin/dem Assistenten.

# Wer bin ich

Im Juli 2004 kam ich mit einer Muskelerkrankung zur Welt und habe sehr schnell eine Sammelleidenschaft für medizinische Geräte entwickelt.

Mein wertvollstes Stück ist ein Beatmungsgerät, welches seit April 2008 24/7 im Einsatz ist. Trotzdem bin ich sehr "pflegeleicht" und habe meistens gute Laune.

Tagsüber bin ich im E-Rolli unterwegs, arbeite in Teilzeit, mag Spaziergänge, Tiere und Natur, (Online-) Shoppen, Filme schauen, Musik hören, Switch spielen, kreativ sein und ich quatsche gerne über alles mögliche.

Ich wohne zu Hause bei meinen Eltern, organisiere und gestalte meine Pflege und meinen Alltag selbst und suche dich zur Vervollständigung meines kleinen, harmonischen Teams. Wenn für dich Pflege mit Herz und Humor und Spaß bei der Arbeit an erster Stelle stehen, dann passen wir perfekt zusammen.

# Was ist zu tun

  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Beatmungssituation
  • Absaugen der Atemwege, Inhalationen durchführen, CoughAssist anwenden
  • Tracheostomapflege und Trachealkanülenwechsel
  • Medikamentengabe über Button-PEG
  • Führen eines Intensivprotokolls und der Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung im Alltag

Eine individuelle Einarbeitung. Direkte Kommunikation, zuverlässige Absprachen und ein tolles Kollegenteam.

Es gibt einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag (Vollzeit / Teilzeit / Minijob). Die Arbeitszeiten sind in drei Schichten eingeteilt. Zur attraktiven Vergütung kommen noch Fort- und Weiterbildungen und folgende Zuschläge on top:

  • 25% Nacht
  • 50% Sonntag
  • 125% Feiertag
