Arbeitszeit: Mo-Fr in der Zeit von 08:00 - 16:30 Uhr

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zu Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Ein hohes Maß an Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Berufserfahrung im aufgeführten Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Aktuelle pflegerische Kompetenz nach neusten wissenschaftlichen Standards
  • Motivation unser tolles Team vor Ort zu unterstützen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer ganzheitlichen und aktivierenden Pflege
  • Umsetzung des Pflegekonzeptes und der Bezugspflege
  • Durchführung der medizinischen Behandlungspflege und Grundpflege
  • Sachgerechte als auch gesetzeskonforme Führung der Pflegedokumentation
