Kurze Beschreibung:

16-jähriger tracheotomierter Jugendlicher sucht im Rahmen des persönlichen Budgets weitere Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Altenpfleger/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Kinderkrankenschwester/-pfleger, Pflegehelfer/in, für sein Pflegeteam im eigenen Haushalt.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag, die Überwachung und Versorgung des Tracheostomas, Absaugen bei Bedarf.

Unterstützung bei der Mobilität, Begleitung zu Schule und Freizeitaktivitäten, Überwachung im Schlaf.

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt in Abstimmung mit der Familie, weshalb Dienstzeiten individuell angepasst werden können.

Arbeitszeitrahmen: Nachtdienste und Tagdienste Teilzeit / Vollzeit / GFB möglich
