examinierte Pflegekräfte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, Teilzeit

Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • die Pflege und Unterstützung der Patienten in den Bereichen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege, Krankenbeobachtung, sowie Betreuung nach §45
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeprozessplanungen
  • Umsetzung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für die Patienten und deren Angehörigen

Ihr Profil:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur dreijährig examinierten Pflegefachkraft
  • Bereitschaft im 2-Schicht-System (Früh- u. Spätdienst), an Wochenenden sowie Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  • gute Umgangsformen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten
