  • Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Homecare-Bereich
  • Beratung und Anleitung im Umgang mit medizinischen Hilfsmitteln
  • Enterale Ernährung und Trinknahrung
  • Versorgung und Prävention von Dekubitus (z. B. Einschätzung, Beratung und Hilfsmittelversorgung)
  • Ableitende Inkontinenzversorgung

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in
  • Engagierte, motivierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Teamorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Fachliche Kompetenz verbunden mit wirtschaftlichem Denken
