  • examinierte stellvertr. Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d)
  • (Übernahme der PDL-Stelle nach Einarbeitung) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • -Professionelle Arbeit in der Mobilen Pflege
  • -Mitverantwortung für die Planung, Organisation,
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der professionellen
  • Pflege in Bezug auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und
  • Zufriedenheit der Kunden.
  • -Durchführung der Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation
  • -Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pflege-Software.
  • -Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter, Ärzte, Therapeuten,
  • Kliniken, Angehörige, Patienten und Interessenten.
  • -Akquise von Neukunden.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • -Freude an der Arbeit
  • -Motivation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • -Flexibilität und persönliche Zuverlässigkeit
  • -Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung mit staatl.
  • Anerkennung in einem kranken-/altenpflegerischen
  • Beruf mit Weiterbildung zur Leitung nach §71 SGBXI
