Wir suchen eine Altenpflegerin (m/w/d) für die ambulante Pflege.

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die Behandlungspflege, Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagement und die Dokumentation.

Sie unterstützen die Patienten bei der Alltagsbewältigung, nehmen pflegerisch-medizinische Aufgaben wahr, beraten sie, motivieren sie zu sinnvoller Beschäftigung und Freizeitgestaltung.

Sie halten Kontakt zu den Angehörigen und behandelnden Ärzten sowie Kooperationspartner.

Das bringen Sie mit:

eine positive Einstellung zur Arbeit

Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, die Probleme der Pflegebedürftigen zu erkennen und darauf einzugehen

hohe Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit

hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unbedingte Zuverlässigkeit

Bereitschaft zur Schicht und Wochenendarbeit
