Executive - Accounts & Finance (API Pharmaceuticals)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing accounting transactions, financial reporting, statutory compliance, vendor payments, receivables, taxation, and audit support in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• •Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
• •Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• •Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and budget analysis.
• •Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost records.
• •Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• •Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• •Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

Experience:

10–12 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in API/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

Skills:

• •GST & Taxation knowledge.
• •ERP/Tally/Focus proficiency.
• •Advanced MS Excel.
• •Financial analysis and reporting.
• •Good communication and analytical skills.
