This role requires superior attention to details, great organization and project management skills, and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals are essential. A proven track-record in working across multiple time-zones at scale is a necessary trait.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance. It will be necessary to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, be able to take effective action without having the full picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • - Provide high-level administrative support to senior-level and expatriate executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • - Manage complex calendars, priorities, and schedules with strong attention to detail and effective planning.
  • - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and related logistics.
  • - Prepare and manage documents, presentations, reports, and communications using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • - Quickly learn and leverage new tools and systems to improve efficiency and support business needs.
  • Identify and implement processes that increase productivity, streamline workflows, and minimize operational churn.
  • - Support projects and programs by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across stakeholders.

Basic qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
  • - Experience with Microsoft Office
  • - Experience as an Executive Assistant

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • - Experience managing multiple calendars
