What you'll be doing
Executive Assistant
What We Need
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director and Chief Business Officer. The role will combine executive support, business coordination and administrative responsibilities, helping both executives manage their day-to-day activities efficiently while also supporting the wider business with presentations, meetings, logistics and internal coordination. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple priorities and interacting with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

As an Executive Assistant, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
· Assigned workspace in Spain office.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
· Managing and coordinating the calendars of the Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, including meetings, appointments, and key business commitments.
· Organising internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, documentation and logistics are prepared in advance.
· Coordinating business travel, accommodation, itineraries, and related logistics.
· Preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other business materials for internal and external meetings.
· Supporting the preparation and coordination of management meetings, business reviews and other senior-level forums.
· Assisting with general administrative activities, documentation, expenses, and internal processes.
· Coordinating with different teams and functions across Spain and Europe to support business initiatives and following up on actions when required.
· Helping to organise client meetings, internal events, and other business-related activities.
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive business and management information.
· Providing ad hoc support to the Managing Director and Chief Business Officer as required.
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Management, or similar business support role.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Professional and confident when interacting with senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
· Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented approach.
· Ability to work independently and anticipate business and executive needs.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
· Fluent Spanish and strong professional English are required.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is up to €40,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process
