Additionally, you will proactively anticipate needs and clear operational bottlenecks, equipping your leaders with seamless day-to-day backing to help advance their strategic, nationwide media initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Deliver proactive administrative and operational support to General Managers across the News Corp Client Partnerships team.
  • Calendar & Travel Coordination: Manage complex diaries, domestic and international travel arrangements, and meeting preparation, ensuring efficient schedule and call prioritisation.
  • Relationship & Meeting Cadence: Coordinate recurring one-on-ones with direct reports and facilitate seamless communication with key internal and external business partners.
  • Event & Culture Planning: Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of local team events, client hospitality, and team-building initiatives.
  • Financial Administration: Process department purchase orders, manage invoice reconciliation, and track financial approval workflows against established budgets.
  • Operational Enablement: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including records management, software and office supply procurement, and ad hoc administrative projects.

Who are you?

  • You have proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You bring previous exposure to the media sector (or you're eager to apply your skills within a high-energy media landscape).
  • You're exceptionally detail-oriented, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels of business.
  • You're a proactive problem solver who shows strong initiative, sound judgment, and confidence in decision-making.
  • You thrive under tight deadlines, easily juggling competing priorities in a busy, collaborative team setting.
