The Amazon Advertising team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two to three Directors in the Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) organization.

This role suits someone who thrives on a fast-paced, growing team in a constantly evolving industry. You will keep multiple competing priorities moving at once across global teams, with the flexibility, business judgment, attention to detail, and sense of humor to do it well.

You will anticipate what the Directors need before they ask, react with appropriate urgency when timelines are tight, and take effective action without having the full picture. You will handle confidential information with discretion and represent the Directors professionally with senior leaders inside and outside Amazon. You communicate clearly at every level and look for ways to simplify and improve the processes you own.

You will partner closely with Executive Assistants across the organization on shared team activities and projects, working both independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership.

This role requires five days a week in office.
