Provides analytical and administrative support for compensation programs and processes. Supports the execution of compensation activities, conducts routine compensation analyses, assists with market pricing and job evaluation, and helps resolve compensation-related inquiries under general supervision.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
  • 1. Supports the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies.
  • 2. Assists with compensation reviews covering base pay, short-term incentives, and other pay elements.
  • 3. Conducts job analysis, job evaluation, classification, and market pricing activities with guidance.
  • 4. Performs routine compensation analyses to support internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • 5. Prepares compensation data, reports, and documentation for review by more senior compensation professionals.
  • 6. Responds to compensation-related questions and requests from internal stakeholders within established guidelines.
  • 7. Supports non-cash rewards and recognition programs through data analysis and program administration.
  • 8. Assists with compensation projects or initiatives and completes assigned tasks within defined timelines.
  • 9. Demonstrates understanding of compensation governance, controls, and regulatory considerations.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
  • 2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • 3. Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts.
  • 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 1. Experience in the financial services industry.
  • 2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including experience manipulating large datasets, validating complex information, and producing accurate reporting in a highly detail-oriented environment.

3. Experience in compensation, finance, HR, accounting, payroll, operations, or another data-driven function, with the ability to support cyclical reporting and incentive-related processes.
