Executive Creative Director (m/w/d)

Lead some of the visual outputs of the IQVIA brand. Includes designing materials while adhering to the visual guidelines and exploring other creative concepts. Through close partnerships across IQVIA, provide creative problem-solving to concepts within budgeted cost parameters.

• Essential Functions
• •Responsible for executing creative strategy including brand development and management.
• •Use visual system for all internal and external touchpoints of the IQVIA brand.
• •Partner with senior leaders to develop visual concepts and the other outputs to show our differentiation within the marketplace.
• •Create integrated campaigns and oversee creative development team workloads and resource allocation including external support.
• •Collaborate with numerous global and regional agency partners to deliver on a wide spectrum of deliverables.
• •Ideation, presentation and execution of branding and marketing communications campaigns that support the client’s strategic business goals and overall image.
• •Own some processes within the team and grow skillset and be proactive about managing large-scale initiatives.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications
• •Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree related to graphic design, fine arts, or similar field Req
• •Minimum of 10 years experience in design industry at agency or similar creative company with exposure to combining messaging with visuals. Prior experience with in-house design teams including the appropriate mix of content and strategy. 4 years of designer/creative management experience. Req

• •Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, coworkers, managers, and clients
• •Strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
