Elevate the standards of craft across every medium, encouraging experimentation, innovation, and new forms of creative expression.

Build relationships with the industry's most influential directors, creators, artists, technologists, makers, and production partners.

Ensure Accenture can deliver both high-craft, culturally significant work and fast, iterative content at the highest standard.

Guide teams toward the right production model for every assignment, balancing creative ambition with practical realities.

Provide senior leadership on the agency's most important and complex productions and client accounts.

Lead projects when executive production leadership is required.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Develop producers who combine creative judgment, operational excellence, commercial acumen, and technical fluency.

Ensure teams are appropriately structured and staffed to meet evolving business and creative demands.

Identify future capability needs and build the talent, partnerships, and expertise required to support them.

Build Connections Across the Making Ecosystem

Maintain a deep understanding of how creative work is being made across Accenture Song

Develop relationships with makers and specialists across film, social, creator, experiential, design, technology, product, scaled content, and emerging forms of production.

Stay connected to evolving capabilities, tools, technologies, and specialist expertise that can unlock stronger creative outcomes.

Recognize when a project would benefit from expertise outside the immediate production team and bring the right people into the process at the right moment.

Know where the best makers and capabilities exist, and understand how and when to connect them in service of the work.

Reinvent How Work Gets Made

Maintain an active curiosity about technology, artificial intelligence, automation, virtual production, real-time tools, and emerging creative platforms.

Identify opportunities to improve quality, increase agility, reduce friction, and unlock new creative possibilities.

Help evolve production models that are both creatively ambitious and operationally effective.

Foster a culture of responsible experimentation and innovation.

Ensure new technologies are adopted in ways that enhance both the creative process and the final output.

Lead the Business of Production

Oversee production staffing, resource planning, forecasting, and operational performance.

Ensure every production investment delivers maximum creative value.

Establish scalable processes that support great work without adding unnecessary complexity.

Set clear expectations around budget, timing, risk, and execution with agency and client stakeholders.

Maintain best practices across contracting, rights, talent, insurance, vendor management, sustainability, and production governance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and agency leadership on production strategy and execution.
