Key Responsibilities:

• •Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively showcase our biophilic solutions and landscape design concepts to prospective clients.
• •Prepare detailed quotations, including accurate project scope, BOQs, and cost breakdowns aligned with client requirements.
• •Maintain exceptional attention to detail by ensuring all presentations, BOQs, quotations, and related documentation are accurate, well-organized, error-free, and professionally presented.
• •Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within the stipulated deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• •Ensure designs comply with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• •Support the sales team by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
• •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, procurement, and engineers, to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.
• •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical inputs and ensure seamless pre-sales support throughout the proposal development process.
• •Continuously enhance presentation quality and proposal content to improve client engagement and increase project win rates.

Key Qualifications: -

· Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar profile

· Strong knowledge of plant species, horticultural practices, and basic knowledge on layout markings

· Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

· High proficiency on Excel and Power points and Auto CAD
