This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Director, HCP Marketing based in the United States.
- The Executive Director, HCP Marketing will lead the development and execution of healthcare professional marketing initiatives in preparation for a significant pharmaceutical product launch.
- Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Communications, you will translate brand strategy, market insights, and commercial objectives into impactful, integrated HCP campaigns.
- This hands-on leadership role offers significant ownership and visibility across omnichannel marketing, field sales enablement, professional education, and congress engagement.
- You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and external agency partners to build effective marketing capabilities.
- You will also oversee promotional content, agency relationships, campaign performance, and cross-functional review processes to ensure compliant and consistent brand execution.
- This is an opportunity to shape HCP engagement strategy within a growing biotechnology environment while contributing to the potential launch of an innovative smoking cessation treatment.
