Develops and implements comprehensive end-to-end strategies for optimizing external medical communications, including publications, medical education, and content development across all TAs and assets, alongside an integrated digital channel strategy and measurement plan

Leads the development and evolution of digital, AI, and technology strategy to meet business needs through a personalized omni-channel approach — remaining current with the external digital and AI landscape to broaden reach and deepen engagement of BMS's scientific communications

Drives innovation in medical communications and digital engagement, leveraging AI-enabled tools, digital methodologies, and data analytics to enhance communication effectiveness, efficiency, and impact

Defines and owns the measurement and impact framework for medical communications and digital engagement — establishing clear metrics, KPIs, and value narratives that demonstrate the contribution of communications activities to Medical Affairs outcomes and patient-facing results

Optimizes resource allocation and financial expenditures across the function, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and investment in future capabilities
