Job Description

Tax Compliance & Reporting
Assist in preparing and submitting tax filings (corporate & indirect (SST, Withholding, etc).
Ensure timely compliance with tax authorities, laws and regulations.
Support tax audits and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related matters.
Performance Monitoring
Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare monthly performance reports and highlight key variances for Group CFO clearance.
Work with sales and production teams to understand and refine pricing and costing structure for profitability analysis.
Monitor and inculcate discipline in budget control with other departments.
Financial Planning
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
Prepare monthly forecast reports for Group CFO clearance.
Help build financial models and scenarios to support decision-making on projects and new business ventures.
Perform customer credit assessments for customer onboarding.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing operation will be an added advantage.

· Professional Certificate i.e Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) etc. is highly preferred.
