Executive Last Mile Operations

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and coordinate with the picking team to ensure SKU-level inventory readiness aligned with the dispatch plan and vehicle allocation

● Execute vehicle-wise loading as per dispatch manifest, ensuring 100% accuracy in SKU count, batching, and route mapping

● Ensure strict adherence to loading SOPs, handling guidelines, and stacking norms to minimize transit damages

● Validate physical inventory against system-generated dispatch plans (WMS/TMS) before vehicle closure

● Monitor loading operations in real-time and ensure optimal dock utilization and turnaround time (TAT)

● Identify bottlenecks in loading workflows and drive root cause analysis (RCA) for dispatch errors and damages

● Implement process improvements to enhance loading efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve productivity metrics

● Maintain dispatch logs, exception reports, and daily performance trackers (accuracy %, damage %, TAT)

● Collaborate with Last Mile CRM and operations teams to align dispatch quality with customer experience metrics (OTIF, NPS impact) Requirements: ● 0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse/dispatch operations (freshers with strong aptitude can apply)

● Understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and inventory handling practices

● Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and basic data tracking (Excel or similar tools) is preferred

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform RCA and implement corrective actions

● High attention to detail with a focus on execution accuracy and process compliance

● Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume operational environment with multiple stakeholders Shift Requirement:

● Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on city and operational requirements
