Executive-Marketing Logistics (API Pharmaceuticals)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Logistics Executive to join our API Pharma team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating order execution, shipment planning, customer communication, and logistics operations for domestic and international customers. This role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
• •Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, Regulatory, and Finance teams for timely order fulfillment.
• •Arrange and monitor domestic and export shipments through transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies.
• •Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COA, COO, Shipping Bills, AWB, and B/L.
• •Provide customers with shipment status updates and resolve logistics-related queries.
• •Ensure timely dispatch of materials in compliance with company SOPs and GDP requirements.
• •Maintain logistics records, shipment trackers, and MIS reports.
• •Monitor inventory availability and support efficient dispatch planning.
• •Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics partners for smooth export operations.
• •Update ERP/SAP systems with order and shipment information.

Required Skills:

• •Knowledge of API Pharma supply chain and logistics operations.
• •Understanding of export procedures and shipping documentation.
• •Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade processes.
• •Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• •Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
