Executive - Production

Job Purpose :- To manage and supervise the machining related activities of Plant-1194, ensuring adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role involves coordination with cross- functional teams and maintaining optimal use of CNC, lathes, VTL and other machinery for efficient production.

Key Responsibility :-

• •Oversee daily machining operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• •Plan, monitor, and control machining processes involving CNC, VMC, Lathes and VTL and other machines.
• •Ensure proper selection, use, and maintenance of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• •Interpret engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.
• •Monitor tool wear and manage inserts to effectively machine the components.
• •Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce reworks and Rejections.
• •Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• •Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
• •Utilize SAP and other systems for production related activities.
• •Supervise operators and provide technical guidance for machining operations.
• •Ensure Adherence to Company’s goal, Company’s core values, vision and mission.
• •Maintain Efficiency to reduce the Over time.

Skills & Qualification :-

• •B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• •3 yrs to 5 yrs of experience in machining operations or production management.
• •Hands-on knowledge of tools, jigs, fixtures, CNC, VMC, VTL, and able to interpret engineering drawings.
• •Proficient in using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Air plug gauge, Bore dial and other gauges.
• •Knowledge of CNC tool inserts and tool life management.
• •Proficiency in SAP for production Management (Preferred).
• •Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work in a high-paced, precision-oriented production environment.
