Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1. Agency for Specialized Monitoring (ASM) Monitor end-use of funds and fund flows in borrowers’ and group companies’ bank accounts. Review bank statements, books of accounts, invoices, agreements and utilization certificates. Identify fund diversion, siphoning, related-party transactions and deviations from bank sanction terms.
