Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and front office reception.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Handle vendor contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate with internal departments to address specific soft service requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain records related to soft service activities, expenditures, and vendor performance.

Support budget planning and monitor expenses related to soft services.

Lead, train, and supervise the soft services team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure eco-friendly practices are followed.

Respond promptly to emergency situations related to soft services and escalate issues when necessary.

Generate reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement plans for management review.

Awareness of EHS-related soft services.

Manpower Management (Support Staff) and Data management

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5-6 years of experience in managing soft services within corporate, hospitality, or facilities management environments.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office and facility management software tools.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
