Executive - Solar Installation

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the end-to-end process of vendor registration, onboarding, agreement execution, development and performance management of service vendors, to ensure timely, quality and cost-effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Vendor Identification & Onboarding
• •Identify, evaluate and onboard new service vendors to meet project requirements.
• •Manage the full vendor registration, KYC and agreement process.
• •Vendor Data & Compliance Management
• •Maintain and update the vendor master data and ensure all compliance documents are current.
• •Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• •Monitor vendor performance on service quality, delivery timelines and cost-effectiveness.
• •Resolve operational or billing issues and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• •Reporting & Review
• •Prepare vendor performance and compliance reports for management review, highlighting opportunities for improvement or risk.

Skills & Qualifications:

• •Graduate or Diploma (any discipline); MBA preferred.
• •0-2 years’ experience (or fresher) in service vendor management, KYC and contract handling — experience in Solar, Electrical or EPC sector is preferred.
• •Strong organisational and documentation skills; ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• •Good analytical skills, communication ability and problem-solving mindset.
