## Ihre Aufgaben

Für unseren Kunden in Dormagen suchen wir einen engagierten Expedienten / Sachbearbeiter Logistik (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der operativen Transport- und Versandabwicklung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

Abfertigung von Wareneingängen per LKW, Bahn und Binnenschiff für nationale und internationale Warenströme
Organisation und Abwicklung von Versandprozessen für Tank-, Silo- und Stückguttransporte
Steuerung und Koordination des Fahrzeugabrufs
Durchführung von Identitätsprüfungen sowie Einfahrtlegitimationen
Dokumentation relevanter Transport- und Versandvorgänge
Bearbeitung von Prozessabweichungen und Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Bereich Transport, Zoll, Gefahrgut und Versand

## Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Transport, Versand oder Auftragsabwicklung
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3 wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll-, Gefahrgut- und Transportvorschriften von Vorteil
Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
Belastbarkeit sowie sicheres Handeln auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement
