What You’ll Do

• •Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs
• •Follow OEM procedures and documented repair plans
• •Repair and replace panels, frames, and related components
• •Perform welding, metalwork, panel alignment, sanding, and surface preparation
• •Work closely with estimators and the parts team
• •Document repairs thoroughly with notes and photos
• •Complete quality-control checks before vehicles leave your care
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• •Professional collision repair experience
• •Strong structural, body repair, welding, and panel-replacement skills
• •Ability to read and follow repair plans and OEM procedures
• •I-CAR or OEM certifications are preferred, but continued training is available
• •Pride in doing the job safely and correctly
• •A dependable, team-first approach
• •Commitment to quality without sacrificing productivity

Requirements

• •2+ years collision repair experience
• •Strong body repair and refinishing skills
• •Experience with welding and frame work preferred
• •I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• •Valid driver’s license
