Here at Great Lakes Honda, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers secure financing and protection products that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• •Meet with customers to review finance and lease options
• •Secure financing through lender partnerships
• •Present and explain warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection products
• •Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
• •Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
• •Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
• •Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the financing process
• •Achieve monthly production and performance goals

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
• •Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance regulations
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to build rapport and close deals professionally
• •Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• •Reynolds & Reynolds/ CDK experience preferred
• •Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
