Position Summary

Responsibilities

• •Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
• •Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• •Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• •Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle and financing options.
• •Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using CRM tools.
• •Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
• •Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• •Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• •Participate in dealership and community events when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• •Excellent customer service skills.
• •Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• •Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
• •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
