MB or European experience is preferred and reflected in the rate, but experienced technicians from other platforms with strong diagnostic fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using XENTRY/DAS and OEM diagnostic procedures

Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization

Execute repairs to Mercedes-Benz factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts

Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

Stay current on MBZ technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of flat-rate technician experience at a franchised dealership -- required

Mercedes-Benz or European brand experience preferred -- BMW, Audi, Volvo, or similar backgrounds a strong advantage; any brand background with strong diagnostic fundamentals welcome

XENTRY/DAS diagnostic platform experience preferred -- or equivalent European diagnostic tool proficiency

Strong diagnostic foundation with a low comeback rate and a quality standard that doesn't waver under volume

ASE certifications a strong plus -- MBZ factory certifications highly valued and reflected in rate

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
