WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures

Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization

Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts

Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required

Any brand background considered -- luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio

Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate

ASE certifications a strong plus -- OEM factory certifications highly valued

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
