• •Be the voice customers trust from kickoff to completion
• •Craft smooth project timelines with weather, resources, and roadblocks in mind
• •Shuffle schedules like a pro to boost efficiency and spark customer delight
• •Keep permits current and inspections on track throughout installation phases
• •Guard resource availability — materials, equipment, and crew — to prevent delays
• •Partner with Project Managers on invoices, rebates, equipment registrations, inventory, and financial reporting
• •Build a seamless project flow where 100% customer satisfaction is the standard, not the goal
• •Handle dispatching and permit submissions with city follow-through that never misses a beat
• •Team up with local authorities to nail those necessary permits and approvals
• •Own permit applications: gather specs, organize drawings, and coordinate inspector meetings
• •Track daily KPIs to drive departmental efficiency and performance
• •Crunch weekly job costing reports for the finance squad
• •Deliver vendor reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• •Communicate with grace over phone, email, and mail
• •Step up wherever help is needed
