We are hiring an Experienced Irrigation Service Technician based on expertise and autonomy:

• •Irrigation Specialist 1 ($50k–$55k): Requires 2+ years of professional experience. Fully capable of routine service, seasonal maintenance, repairs, and minor system upgrades.
• •Irrigation Specialist 2 ($56k–$65k): Requires 4+ years of advanced experience. Operates with total autonomy, excels at complex diagnostic troubleshooting, and leads clients through large-scale enhancement options.

Key Responsibilities

• •Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems (controllers, valves, heads, and piping).
• •Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend/sell water-saving enhancements to customers.
• •Seasonal Care: Perform essential system startups, shutdowns, blowouts, and winterization tasks.
• •Client Relations: Clearly communicate technical issues and repair recommendations to clients with a customer-first attitude.

What We Look for in a RYAN Specialist

• •Sales Mindset: A background in irrigation sales or the ability to confidently suggest and close system upgrades.
• •Customer Service Excellence: Strong relationship-building skills and a "client-first" attitude.
• •Problem-Solving Knack: A passion for troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions.
• •Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
• •Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to other departments as needed.

Requirements

• •Irrigation Experience: 2+ years for Specialist 1 | 4+ years for Specialist 2 (Installation, service, or repair).
• •Backflow experience/certification is highly preferred.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and a background or comfort level in professional client sales/upgrades.
• •Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
• •Ability to lift 50 lbs., push/pull equipment, and walk up least 3 miles per day outdoors.
