Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA .

Position Responsibilities:

• •Collaborate with business units and IT to understand and document requirements for SAP enhancements and system improvements.
• •Manage and prioritize break/fix tickets related to SAP issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• •Coordinate testing activities for SAP enhancements, including development of test plans, test cases, and execution of testing cycles.
• •Analyze business processes and provide insights to optimize SAP usage and improve operational efficiency.
• •Track and manage investments in SAP capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.
• •Support change management activities related to SAP system updates and enhancements.
• •Liaise with SAP technical teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
• •Generate regular reports and dashboards for business and IT leadership on SAP system performance, issues, and project statuses.
• •Assist in training and support for end-users regarding SAP system enhancements and new functionalities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• •3+ years of experience using SAP for system support, business planning, and analysis
• •3+ years of experience using SAP for property and warehouse management
• •Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business processes
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
• •Problem-solving skills with a focus on timely resolution of system issues.
• •Knowledge of project management principles.

Summary pay range: Level 3: $102,800 - $139,150

Level 4: $128,350 - $173,650
