Experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Gadsden, Alabama

Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Gadsden.

This is a full-time outpatient PMHNP opportunity offering a Monday–Friday clinic schedule, collaborative physician support, and a strong work-life balance within a clinician-led psychiatry practice. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of PMHNP experience practicing in Alabama and an active DEA license.

PMHNP Position Highlights

PMHNP Responsibilities

• •Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• •Provide medication management and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care
• •Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans
• •Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment in an outpatient setting
• •Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
• •Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• •Participate in scheduled evening and weekend call rotation
