This position oversees the complete lifecycle of projects, from budgeting and sales support to safety oversight and customer satisfaction. With a balanced focus on field collaboration and office leadership, the Project Manager ensures that every project is delivered profitably, safely, and in alignment with STG’s core values.

You serve as the bridge between field teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments, using data, leadership, and proactive communication to drive successful outcomes. • Track and update project progress using tools such as Pathwave, Microsoft Office Suite, Foundation, and Paylocity.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, municipalities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Coordinate daily crew dispatch and support field teams through site visits and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct job walks and compliance checks to ensure construction quality and safety.
  • Review and develop bid packages, project scopes, and pricing models.
  • Monitor project timelines and work with CMs to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Update schedules, documentation, and financial reports across multiple systems.
  • Communicate with customers regarding updates, issues, and delivery expectations.
  • Participate in regular internal meetings with CMs, Safety, Logistics, and PM support teams.

Reporting Structure

  • Report directly to the Vice President (VP).
  • Work closely with Project Coordinators (PCs), Construction Managers (CMs), Field Teams, Safety, Accounting, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

Your leadership as a Project Manager is essential to STG Communications' success. By balancing field realities with strategic oversight, and by aligning people, resources, and data, you ensure that every project delivers on the company’s promise of excellence. Your ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and foster customer trust propels both your projects—and STG’s mission—forward.
