Animal Dermatology Clinic - Louisville is seeking an experienced Receptionist . We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including but not limited to):

• •Excellent client service skills
• •Excellent phone skills
• •Computer skill preferred
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• •Organized and detail oriented, ability to take direction, ability to handle money accurately and honestly
• •Possess sound decision making skills and multi-task while working in a stressful environment

Duties (including but not limited to):

• •Client service
• •Answer phone calls
• •Take accurate messages and book appointments
• •Maintain charts and computer records
• •Pharmacy and retail sales
• •Marketing implementation
• •Maintenance/housekeeping
• •Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements:

• •3 years of veterinary experience preferred
• •High school diploma or equivalent required
• •Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• •Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
• •Dependable attendance is required
• •Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• •The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
