Sie entwickeln und optimieren aussagekräftige, interaktive Power BI Reports und Dashboards für unsere Fachbereiche und das Management. Sie beraten die Fachseite bei Anforderungsanalyse, KPI-Definition und Datenmodellierung und verantworten die technische Umsetzung von Geschäftslogiken unter Sicherstellung von hoher Datenqualität und Nutzung von KI Entwicklungstechniken.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Konzeption und Entwicklung interaktiver Power BI Reports/Dashboards
  • Datenmodellierung (DAX, Power Query)
  • Beratung der Fachabteilungen im Rahmen von Anforderungsanalyse und Betrieb der Lösungen
  • Planung & Steuerung von eigenen Entwicklungsartefakten (agil, Backlogs)
  • Optimierung bestehender Reports und Aufbau von Best Practices/Governance
  • Kollaboration im Team und mit Stakeholdern für datenbasierte Insights

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium aus den Bereichen Wirtschaftsinformatik, Prozessengineering, Data Analytics, MINT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbarem BI Stack (DAX, Modellierung, Service)
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit klassischen Datenbanktechnologien (SQL, ELT, Datenmanagement)
  • Erfahrungen mit SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Business-Analyse-Skills, agiles Mindset & Begeisterung für interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Interesse an KI gestützter Softwareentwicklung – Erfahrung mit dem Fabric Copilot ist ein Plus
  • Power BI Zertifikat, Softwareentwicklung und Linux-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
