Introduction
Are you a seasoned commercial leader with deep expertise in corporate services, fund administration, and entity management and a strong track record of shaping complex client solutions? Join CSC’s Markets team within the Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team in India as a Market Director where you will lead high-impact pursuits, influence strategic client engagements, and drive growth across our multinational client base.
In this senior role, you’ll collaborate with sales executives, service delivery leaders, and fellow subject matter experts to design innovative solutions, strengthen client relationships, and position CSC as a trusted advisor in the corporate and fund administration services space, and be a key driver of revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and drive the India commercial strategy.
Identify, develop, and win new business mandates targeting new and existing client accounts across corporate, fund administration, and entity management services in India and the broader APAC region, both individually and as part of the wider APAC Markets team, driving new sales and revenue.
Develop and maintain strong, client-centric relationships with corporate clients, banks, asset managers, law firms, intermediaries, and referral partners in India and key cross-border markets.
Leverage a strong local and regional network to build a high-value pipeline of opportunities, with a focus on cross-border business and strategic accounts.
Lead complex sales opportunities across India, from qualification through close, ensuring alignment with client needs and CSC’s service capabilities.
Shape and deliver strategic proposals that address multinational corporate and governance requirements, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
Act as a trusted advisor in client engagements, presenting CSC’s GFS solutions at a senior level and advising on best practices, delivery approaches, and value-added services.
Oversee commercial structuring, including pricing strategy, negotiation support, and contractual considerations, ensuring both client value and commercial sustainability.
Partner with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline strategy, conduct win/loss reviews, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders — Business Operations and Commercial teams — to ensure seamless implementation and delivery readiness.
Contribute to market positioning, leveraging industry insights and competitor analysis to influence strategic business development initiatives.
Represent CSC in local and regional client forums, industry events, and senior-level planning sessions.
Keep applicable marketing technology (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) updated on leads, pipeline and through to closure, as well as relevant market intelligence.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
12–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or client solutions in corporate services with a demonstrated ability to generate and grow revenue.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-jurisdictional client engagements and securing significant commercial wins.
Strong background in corporate governance, fund administration, entity management, or legal compliance services.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
Experience developing tailored proposals, leading RFP responses, and structuring complex commercial arrangements.
Skilled at working within complex global, matrixed organizations and managing cross-border teams.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client needs and operational delivery requirements.
Fluent in English.
Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and commercial analytics tools (Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications:
University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Established network within the corporate, funds, and banking services industry.
