  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Lieferantenverhandlungen, Jahresgesprächen und operativen Abstimmungen - verbunden mit der konsequenten Umsetzung von Konditionen, Vereinbarungen und Maßnahmen
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten und strategischem Category Management stellst du sicher, dass die richtigen Produkte ihren Weg in unsere Sortimente finden
  • Ein weiterer Fokus liegt auf der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Lieferanten sowie der aktiven Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau des lokalen Einkaufs für unser Markengeschäft in Deutschland
  • Du nutzt deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, um Konditionspotenziale zu erkennen, Verhandlungsansätze abzuleiten, Best Practices einzubringen und unsere Marge nachhaltig zu verbessern

Das bringst du mit

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Einkauf oder Category Management, idealerweise im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Tierfutterhandel oder in einem vergleichbaren Handelsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in Lieferantenverhandlungen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Konditionen, Sortimente, Marken und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytische Stärke, gepaart mit einem sicheren Umgang mit relevanten KPIs
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
