  • Teilverantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung der deutschen Promotion-Strategie für Katze - mit Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung, Kundenbindung und die Umsetzung von Trends und Innovationen
  • Steuerung von Industriemarken und Eigenmarken-Bewerbungen auf Basis von Kundenbedürfnissen und Marktentwicklungen
  • Ermittlung wettbewerbsfähiger Aktionspreise für den stationären und Online-Markt
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung der Vermarktungsplanung (z. B. Handzettel) inkl. Artikelauswahl, Mechaniken und Mengenplanung
  • Monitoring relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (u. a. Buying, Supply Chain, Digital Customer Experience) sowie extern mit Lieferanten und Franchise-Partnern

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Category Management, Einkauf oder Marketing wünschenswert
  • Analytisches Denken und Affinität zu datenbasierten Entscheidungen
  • Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
