Die telcas GmbH wurde im Jahre 2003 gegründet und expandiert seitdem kontinuierlich. Unser Mitarbeiterstamm besteht aus hochqualifizierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern mit langjährigen Erfahrungen aus der Telekommunikations- und IT-Branche. Verbunden mit einem modernen und flexiblen Management können wir gezielt und pragmatisch auf die Anforderungen unserer Kunden eingehen. Neben praxisnahen Einsätzen in operativen Prozessen und Projekten unterstützen wir auch strategische Unternehmensentwicklungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Beratung zu Themen wie Change Management, Prozessoptimierung, Kostenoptimierung und Organisationsentwicklung.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Akquisition und Verhandlung von Anmietverträgen mit Immobilieneigentümern für Neu- und Bestandsstandorte
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister/Akquisiteure
  • Identifikation von politischen, zwischenmenschlichen oder kommunikationsbedingten Hindernissen im Realisierungsprozess und Mitwirken bei deren Bewältigung
  • Analytische, flexible und taktische Mitwirkung im Rolloutprozess
  • Initiierung der bautechnischen Begehungen an Neustandorten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, vergleichbare Qualifikation oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation oder langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in relevanten Tätigkeitsfeldern
  • Überzeugendes/verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Analytisch geprägte Denkweise und strukturiertes, strategisches Handeln
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PC-Standardsoftware (z.B. MS-Office-Kenntnisse)
