  • Weiterentwicklung der Compensation-Strukturen:
  • Aufbau & kontinuierliche Pflege marktgerechter Gehaltsbänder, Durchführung von Benchmarks sowie Sicherstellung interner Fairness, gesetzlicher Grundlagen (Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie) und externer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
  • Betreuung des Aktienkaufprogramms:
  • Laufende Administration des Programms inkl. Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen, externen Anbietern etc.
  • Weiterentwicklung der (internationalen) Benefits-Landschaft:
  • Analyse, Einführung und Optimierung von Benefits zur Steigerung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität, Bindung & Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement / Compensation & Benefits oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits im internationalen Kontext
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gehaltsanalysen und -politik, Arbeitsbewertungs- /Gradingmodelle & -methoden, Aktienkaufprogramme und Benefits
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Analytische Denkweise und Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
