Stellenbeschreibung

  • Entwicklung von Formaten und Prozessen für den systematischen Wissenstransfer, beispielsweise Lessons Learned
  • Weiterentwicklung des Onboardings, sodass neue Mitarbeitende schnell Zugang zu relevantem Wissen, Ansprechpartner*innen und Arbeitsweisen erhalten
  • Konzipieren, Entwickeln und Optimieren von digitalen Lösungen auf Basis der Microsoft Power Plattform, insbesondere mit Power BI, Power Apps und Power Automate
  • Identifizieren von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen in bestehenden Prozessen und Produkten

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in d Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informations- oder Wissensmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit den beiden Schwerpunkten Wissensmanagement und Digitalisierung
  • Sicherer Umgang und Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung von Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen einschließlich SharePoint und MS Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
