YOUR ROLE

As an Export Operations Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end customer order processing for international markets, ensuring high service levels, accurate data entry, and timely deliveries. You will coordinate shipments across air, sea, and road transport, while overseeing export documentation and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Your tasks

• •Communicate with international B2B customers (email/phone)
• •Receive, verify, and enter orders into the ERP system
• •Confirm availability and delivery dates with DRP
• •Monitor order status and manage changes
• •Coordinate shipments to international markets
• •Organize air, sea, and road transport
• •Prepare export and customs documentation and collaborate with stakeholders

Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in logistics, export, B2B order management or customer service

• •Knowledge of international transport (sea/air/road)
• •Familiarity with SAP system
• •Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• •Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• •Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
