Sind Sie Experte (m/w/d) in der Exportabwicklung und beherrschen alle Prozesse – von der Auftragserfassung über die Zollabwicklung bis hin zur Koordination der Lieferungen ? Bringen Sie darüber hinaus hervorragende kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit?

Für einen internationalen Hersteller suchen wir im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung ab sofort Verstärkung für das Export-Team am Standort Düsseldorf .

### Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Prozess der Auftragsabwicklung, angefangen bei der Auftragserfassung bis hin zur Nachverfolgung
  • Überprüfung der Aufträge auf ihre Umsetzbarkeit und Koordination mit den entsprechenden internen Abteilungen
  • Die Erstellung sämtlicher erforderlichen Dokumente für die Zollabwicklung und Ursprungszeugnisse
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Speditionen

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst und Export mit
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2/C1-Niveau
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung sammeln
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihr Kommunikations- und Koordinationsgeschick
