What You Can Expect :
Rhenus Logistics busca incorporar un/a Export TIR Operative para dar soporte al equipo de transporte terrestre internacional. La posición tiene un enfoque principalmente administrativo, realizando seguimiento de expediciones, gestión documental y coordinación con clientes y proveedores.
Funciones:
- Gestión administrativa de expedientes de transporte internacional por carretera.
- Preparación, revisión y archivo de documentación de transporte.
- Seguimiento de expediciones y actualización de información en los sistemas internos.
- Comunicación con clientes, transportistas y corresponsales.
- Resolución de incidencias operativas básicas y escalado cuando corresponda.
- Soporte al equipo de tráfico en tareas administrativas y de coordinación.
- Introducción y mantenimiento de datos en herramientas de gestión.
What You Bring:
Requisitos:
- Formación Profesional, Grado o experiencia equivalente.
- Nivel medio de inglés (imprescindible).
- Alemán valorable.
- Manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office.
- Conocimientos de Excel valorables.
- No se requiere experiencia previa en tráfico internacional.
- Experiencia en transporte, tráfico, logística o posiciones administrativas similares será valorable.
- Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
- Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Proactividad, capacidad de aprendizaje y trabajo en equipo.
Incorporación:
- Incorporación inmediata.
- Contrato temporal para cobertura de baja IT.
