Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Bereich Exportkontrolle und Zoll
  • Prüfung nationaler und internationaler Exportkontrollvorschriften sowie Embargos und Sanktionslisten
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Exportkontrollprüfungen
  • Beantragung und Verwaltung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungen
  • Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen Zollabwicklung für Import- und Exportvorgänge
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung zollrelevanter Dokumente
  • Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden, Spediteuren und weiteren Behörden
  • Überwachung zollrechtlicher Bewilligungen und Fristen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen in exportkontroll- und zollrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung interner Schulungen zu Exportkontrolle und Zoll
  • Mitwirkung bei internen Audits sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Compliance-Prozessen
  • Beobachtung gesetzlicher Änderungen und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen im Unternehmen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Zoll, Außenwirtschaft oder Exportkontrolle, oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle und/oder Zoll
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des nationalen und europäischen Exportkontrollrechts sowie des Zollrechts
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zollsystemen und ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Compliance-Orientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
